Panda, Koala and Hyena. They don't have names yet.
Panda dresses like a catholic school girl in public school. What's it mean? I dunno.
Koala is into her own thing. She's not into school and she could care less about sports. She digs on the music scene and smells like a Phish concert.
Then there's hyena. I know she looks a little boyish, even when undressed (check out hyena anatomy online)but she's really popular with the other girls.
Inked in Sai.

The panda's knees look rather like a giant picked her up by them like a rattle and scrunched 'em in. XD And the big one is a bit disturbing, probably in the proportions of the head to the body, especially in comparison to the other two.
But I've been meaning to post how much I love the shapes and style going on with these latest pieces I've seen. The wider shape of the head and eyes is strangely appealing and the exaggerated muscular structures goes really well with it. Draws the eye nicely.
Also, hyena anatomy/physiology does not a happy Kediil make. I learned about it previously, and it's just not.. happy.

If you do a hyena character and they're not at least a little disturbing, you've probably made a mis-step. I was trying to focus on the natural proportion of a hyena. They tend for a big body with what seems to be a slightly undersized head.
Thanks for the style comment. I used to use a similar style long ago but I never pulled it off how I wanted, so now I'm revisiting it with much happier results.

OMG I love the Koala and Hyena! Panda is cute too, but my attitudes ran along with the Koala's for a long while, so I don't go in for the whole dressing up thing :p
I did some research on Hyena anatomy for a story trade a while back and was interested to find that the parts I think you're alluding to are only present in one specific breed of hyenas. It may have been a few breeds, I don't remember beyond it actually being more rare than I expected.
