Well this title's sort of a misnomer. I'd stated on page 72 of All About Aurora that drawing Malcolm's truck gave me horrors, this page show's the steps (although it's out of order).

The middle panel is the first sketch. I found it was a bit small.

The sketch on the left was the second one. It was the correct size and all I had to do was tighten the line art on another layer.

The sketch on the right was the result of that, but as I was finished drawing Malcolm in the cab I looked at the pic again and I wasn't satisfied. I used the same sketch on the left to draw the final.

This was pieced together using ArtRage which I haven't used in so long it's running terribly on my laptop (I got a 'not optimised' message when I booted it up).

I haven't done a step by step in years....wow...
