This is actually a pretty old piece, featuring Petal the Shinx and Spec the Lampent, two characters in a DnD group I'm in. It was about the situation of Spec being the one to tell Petal that her parents have succumbed to a disease ravaging the nation. She sleeps, clinging to her last letter from them, in her flower shop.
