What most of you are violating and might not even be aware of.
Basically what this policy is saying, is that if you submit something to the site (and it's an image), and it has a penis or breast showing; it can and will be marked for deletion by an administrator.
What this policy doesn't say however, is that your submission may or may not be deleted; even if your image violates the AUP. It all depends on who saw your submission, if they thought it violated the AUP, they reported it to an admin and the admin removed it because they agree with the person that submitted the complaint.
I don't know if most of you are aware but ... (nearly) everyone here has violated this policy and the images that have violated the policy, are/were never taken down by an admin.
I personally think that it's wrong to:
A) Have a policy you don't enforce or are only able to enforce half the time.
B) Let people you KNOW violate this policy, continue to do so.
you can't have it both ways, or more appropriately; it's WRONG that this policy isn't enforce all the time for everyone on this site.

Just a question..the stuff you have underlined in red. I think that's for photography, not for actual art. It even says "Photography" meaning stuff you take with a camera. That's what I'm understanding by that...I don't think it's referring to actual art that we draw. And to be honest, I haven't even seen any nude photographs (camera pictures) anywhere.
Now tell me if I'm wrong about this..but I think that's mostly just focusing on photography, not like...drawings and stuff.

You'd be correct. Art doesn't explicitly mean the person participates in a specific activity. Ex: I made a picture of my fursona smoking catnip similar to weed, and it's still up.
However i've reported pictures of "Tobacco pipes" that were removed. Why? They allude to weed smoking.

Whatthehell ...
That's not really fair AuroraBurealia.
If you have a picture of your AV smoking catnip and your admitting that it's similar to weed; it makes you a major hypocrite to search out pictures of characters smoking from 'tobacco pipes' claiming they allude to smoking weed when you yourself, just said that's what your picture is doing.

Just because I draw it doesn't mean I do it, now does it?
Them on the OTHER hand, posted the SAME pictured on the 420furs website, which, Ding ding ding, means they used them for weed. Trust me, I do my digging. Being hypocritical isn't something i'm majorly concerned with, following the ruels is.

You are correct Ramichan, the main point of that particular bullet is pertaining to photography. However, there's added verbage suggesting that isn't pertaining to just photographs:
"... This includes, but not limited to; images depicting explicit and/or implicit sexual acts, bodily fluids, images focusing on the genitals of animals or images containing items of sexual nature ..."
This seems to be implying that ANY image; photograph or drawn image, cannot contain anything that includes any of the situations discussed in the policy.
"Prohibited - Photographs containing exposed human genitalia, breasts or buttocks are not permitted. This includes, but not limited to; images depicting explicit and/or implicit sexual acts, bodily fluids, images focusing on the genitals of animals or images containing items of sexual nature (adult toys, sexually modified fursuits/plush animals, etc.). Photos containing gore, wounds, scars, death or acts of violence are not permitted, as well as images containing or alluding to illegal activities."

True, but at the same time....I have seen hundreds and hundreds of, well, i'll be blunt, Porn. Everywhere. They probably aren't as...strict when it comes to that because there ARE warnings and restrictions put on the submission page. I still regard that paragraph as something pertaining to photography...and when it said "images depicting.." etc, I still think that they're talking about photography and photography only. There are probably thousands of porn/yiffing art/digital art throughout the site, yet since I've been here I've yet to see an instance where any of that sort of art has been removed. Now, I haven't ever seen any sort of photography porn or nudity..just random images of the Artists on the site or random images of scenery or the like.
Now, I do agree with the photography part prohibiting exposed human genitalia since..this isn't really a site that focuses on humans - in my opinion - though I've seen art (digital art/anime) of nude humans as well.

An image, is an image. Be it Photography, Lithography, Cartography or a hand-drawn image.
An Image is defined by Dictionary.com as:
-noun
1) a physical likeness or representation of a person, animal, or thing, photographed, painted, sculptured, or otherwise made visible.
So ... while I agree with you that under the Prohibited section of Fur Affinity's AUP, Photography does -seem- to be the major point being talked about (and it just may be). Fur Affinity complicates what's prohibited by including the term 'images' in that particular paragraph - leaving every image submitted to the site, able to be scrutinized by someone that may find it's content questionable.
You'll also notice that there is no particular area that discusses 'Hand Drawn Art' in the AUP; Except for the Photography section.
FA has a simple to follow AUP but it's too vague and at times not clear enough (hence our current discussion). There are other sites that have had issues with their AUP's and have had to revise them. Deviantart.com was one such site. Their upload policy has been changed and clarified a LOT.

I'm gonna say this and run away, but it's not really "implying any image" as much as the fact that you're inferring something that, well, was unintentionally implied. I highly doubt whoever wrote that out thought "hey... I said image... so this means that ANY image would be a violation...", but rather they thought 'loosely', so to speak. I know that, personally, I don't think every single word I say through and you might actually find an example of that in this, and maybe whoever wrote that bullet thinks the same way. The bullet begins by stating that photographs of that nature are not allowed, which typically means that the whole bullet is describing photographs, and not everything. And not only does the bullet begin by describing photography, but the bullet is under the Main Subject of Photography.
But, by your theory, there shouldn't be the option of age rating on the submission page. [[ I.E. General Audience, Mature Audience, Adult Audience. ]]
Hope you don't mind my input, and as I said, I'm gonna run away now before you start bashing me for saying something that goes against what you said.
