I can't believe I never uploaded this.
I'm finally taking time to update my FA (I didn't realize it had been 9 years since I updated my personal info... I was 23 and now I'm about to be 32).
I was working in an office as a Receptionist when I got the bright idea to make pony drawings and activities for the kids who would come to visit their grand and great grandparents at my workplace. I got a basket, drew lots of original pony pics and got a Transformer coloring book (because I am not skill nor practiced in drawing mecha, even though I love it), and made a kids coloring corner in the lobby!
My boss liked it enough that they kept it until he retired, but replaced the drawings with other xeroxed coloring book pages since I took my originals with me when I had to leave.
I really enjoyed my time there as the first year, I didn't really have a computer... so I drew while I waited to answer the phone, since they didn't like me reading at the desk.
I guess they were okay with me drawing, because it looked like I was busy with some kind of document from the window.
I have only been updating my deviant art the past few years. So crazy.
This was originally drawn in pencil, inked in with sharpie, and then colored in PicsArt on my phone.
