Toxic and Grom

Toxic, as you can understand by his nikname, a toxic person. He is in prison at the lowest level and is completely isolated from the others and is not even released at lunchtime, for the safety of other prisoners. He does not even have an ordinary prison robe, he is dressed in special clothes that do not let his radiation through.
So he was there and was hanging out alone and isolated (even the guards were not particularly eager to go down to him, so sometimes he could hang around there for a couple of days without food)

Grom was transferred to the lower floor because of constant fights and an increase in the prison term, and only then they realized that Toxic was absolutely harmless to him. Despite the fact that he was sifted lower because of fightings, he can't be called aggressive, but you should not provoke him - he will not hold back.

Toxic for a long asocial life did not learn to communicate with people, respectively, he was terribly nervous in the presence of a new cellmate (especially such a huge one). Because of nerves Toxic begins to speak without any sense and can not stop.
