Meet To (pronounced 'toh' but I guess 'toe' and 'two' work as well >__> whatever, I'm not gonna leap out and strangle you if you pronounce it differently).
Uh. He's a corrupted syü. Normally yüruns have two eyes by default but he's grown himself an extra pair of eyes or maybe he grew each eye independently, who knows?

In this world, yürun are the unlucky species for whom magic is a corruptive force (plus the fact that they're born with it). It distorts them and corrodes them from the inside, making personality and behaviour changes that are slow and gradual. This could be slowed down if they manage to get it under control.

A yürun that manages to control the magic in its body could also alter itself slowly with time (think bonsai trees), but when it's out of control, the changes can be more drastic.

Another side-effect to magic corruption is extended lifespan. Magic doesn't allow them to die when it would be right, which causes new problems (euthanasia is not an alien concept to them).

It is not clear whether To is controlling the magic to alter his body or that it has already taken him over. His personality is cryptic and behavior patterns confusing, it is not clear whether it's his real personality or changes caused by corruption. Though there's also plenty of stuff I need to figure out about him...

Oh, and one thing I thought up after drawing this sheet was that he can change his eye alignment if he feels like it. Yep.
