She'll soon find herself a permanent, passive observer within the monster's subconscious. And after a while she'll forget that she ever was anything but that. The monster will smirk in satisfaction, and then go on about its day.

I like Rayquaza also. I remember the one time it coiled Deoxys and then body slammed it into the ground. That was awesome.

There's nothing stopping him from taking more than one. If the would-be rescuer came off as the sort to not give up easily, the Rayquaza plushie might taunt them for a while before really having a go at catching them. A sort of smug "If you want to see X again so badly, it can be arranged" situation.
