Another commission by 
FredGDPerry from 1996. This one features a wedding picture of my old RDI gaming character, Tanthalas, and his fiancee Kasha. Like the name badge, it was colored with color pencils by Fred at the time I commissioned it. I think it was at a Katsucon that he'd brought the pencils along to though it might have been an Akon.
Like the other, this was scanned back in 1996 also, so saved as a GIF file with it's amazing 256 colors. XD
