Tango was born a rabbit with the talent of extreme percision with any kinda projectile weapon put in his paws, later on in life putting this ability to use as a sniper in the Apex Special operations task force where he was notced by a certain doctor levi who once in power had reaproched him and offered him a job as one of his generals in his "new world", little did the young sniper know this would lead to emence body modifications being done onto him against his will and ultimately pychologically causing him to go a bit insane but regardless of this he kept his devotion to the doctor and remained one of his top generals in the "new coming dawn"
