I do not have a name for this character at all. I just wanted to draw something today. I haven't in a while now, due to a lot of stressful things going on, but I'm back at it now.
He's able to shrink things (people, too) with his antennae, down to any size he wants to. That 'mask' on his face is actually part of him. His wrist thingy scans the shrunken things, in hand, for more info on them, though if he doesn't really see a usefulness for the thing, he'll dispose of it by shrinking it further until out of sight.
That's all I got.
