It's been a while since the last time I'd constructed an all-new "EFF" ("Extraordinarily Fat Furries") comic gag, let alone a holiday-related strip. And I couldn't think of a better subject you can get your 'jollies' from than 
'Tolstoy the Bear'…
Since this is the "season of giving", my latest "EFF" gag is a public service message - asking lovers of 'fat furs' to give till it hurts... In other words, donate any kind of fattening foods (holiday fruitcakes, gallons of eggnog, peppermint candies, etc.), until its rotund recipient gets a belly ache!
In Tolstoy's case, Rob Cat contributed boxes of gingerbread fish cookies (covered with red and green sprinkles) to the burly bear - whose belly is expanded to such a degree that the bobcat couldn't wait soon enough to hug it! (And the PSA incorporates a pun of the word 'needy' - since most cats [like 'Rob'] get their kicks from kneading fat, soft, squishy, massive midsections!)
I'd chosen 'Tolstoy' to serve a dual purpose. Besides being the featured character in my comic strip, you'll notice that the date I drawn for this gag - 12-10-18 - coincides with the thirteenth anniversary of the 'fat furry' artist's membership in "Fur Affinity"! Of course, the bear's obesity could easily have been caused by his consumption of thirteen boxes of 1,000 assorted gingerbread fish cookies (but I'd decided to draw just one box, and you can use your imagination, as the oversized ursine already ate the contents of the remaining dozen boxes of the sweet treat)!
