I wanted to finish this picture on stream, but I never found the right opportunity to do so. And I wanted to upload it earlier, but things always got in the way, of course… :P
On this picture I tried to mash together many things I like about aliens and biomechanic stuffs. And I also give a try to a little different, thinner lineart style. That thing on the back of his head is an energy core, and those „wings” on the sides of his head can be folded open, and they work as solar panels. I’m kinda proud of the hands, it was super fun to make them :>
By the way, his name is Vektor, and he's a character from a sci-fi story I try to make. I hope you like him :)

The flowing headdress is a good start for this picture, this part needs a little more work. Flowing headdresses/manes/pseudo-dreadlocks is a go-to for you Zummeng.
This picture is really flat. The two/three tone blue color scheme is not giving it any 3- Dimension. Because it is flat all the subtleties disappear into a giant blue swatch. The picture loses focus and it becomes hard to look at. I find this drawing uninteresting, despite whatever theme you were going for. Working on the shading or perhaps adding some highlights in a different color would break up the oppressive blue. The simple three tone color scheme is the norm for your pictures, but this one highlights the lack of depth this technique causes. Inb4 'Blue Phase'.
I like the title of the piece 'Heart Core', it makes me think that you are making a CD cover for a NightCore album.

I absolutely love this!
The use of colors are kind of clever when you think about it. You didn't use many complicated coloring techniques and in the end it still came out visually eye catching. I think you did fantastic, when it came down to using a less is more kind of style. The whole tone of the the picture gives off this synthetic peace, and is extremely calming. Were you shooting for that feeling because you definitely nailed it.
I think your style oozes depth and creativity, especially when you pump out pieces like this. Your talent and skill shines with these pictures that are oh so simple, but ooze a depth most people cant even achieve.
Keep up the good work! I absolutely admire your creativity!
