Gumdrop Rat!

He's technically a Hooded Rat, which I do believe is a popular breed of domestic.

A couple conventions ago, someone commissioned a larger hooded rat figurine, and it was so adorable a few people attempted to bribe it off me before its commissioner made it back to the table. So I felt it only appropriate to turn the little guy into a proper gumdrop, just to see how he turned out.

Sculpy clay and acrylic paints, with satin-finish varnish for weatherproofing. :D He's for sale, via Note or at MFF/FC.
