A new report on the escaped Alice unit. Sent in from the Beast squad sent in to engage and capture her, their 3rd encounter with the unit caught the team off guard. In the previous 2 incidents the group was close in capturing the unit due to the focused attacks from the O.M.N.I. Wolf artillery unit "Betty." The Alice unit, though more advanced, was unable to evade all the shots fired at her even in her Full Armor mode. And what attacks she managed to get off was unable to penetrate Betty's armor. Apparently learning from the previous 2 encounters, Alice has evolved to a new frame which has been dubbed Longshot, which is primarily based off the Wolf unit's frame.

The team, while enroute for a 3rd capture attempt, was caught off guard by a long range concentrated plasma beam traveling at high velocity, breaking up the formation. Expecting that such a powerful attack would have a huge delay between shots, they were completely surprised when multiple shots harassed them. Originally thinking that they were evading the shots, the leader unit Shizune realized that they were being 'played' with and charged towards the location from the attacks. They were surprised to discover a new Alice armor type and weapons loadout. Nevertheless, Shizune opened up with a speedy attack, that was surprisingly deflected with ease against the new frame's armor.

Suspecting that with it being based off of the Wolf unit that it would be slow and unable to fly, that they could change tactics accordingly. The squad was caught totally unawares when Alice speedily flew up to engage them and swiftly took them down one by one with rapid fire blasts from her cannon. From the reports, it is a new type of energy based recoil-less cannon that can alternate with long range sniper like shots, or close range shotgun like 'burst' shots. It is suspected that the unit draws it's energy from it's specialized internal reactor.

The squad was spared destruction from Alice and was given a warning to never bother her again or face destruction. Since then, the Artemis Director has been very hesitant on deploying his team, despite the many requests from Shizune and Betty.
