Parents watching over their 'little' child having fun in a 'playground', perhaps causing some 'minor' disturbance on the city life for a bit, but nothing much besides that. Everything is going nicely and the kid surely is having lots of fun. Seems like he was well taught on taking good care of 'his toys'
