Meet Strike, a Azurian Battering Dragon Android, aka a alien android. Yea XD. He is a SOL-90, aka a top grade military android who would be a guardian for my sona in some cases. He is largely serious most of the time but would lose the scary seriousness during a friendly conversation. He can be slightly arrogant but he tries to be polite and honest all the time.
He has black, lifelike scales on most of his body except for his tail and claws which are a metallic dark grey with gun metal grey wing membranes. His eyes glow a bright emerald green with his iris being pearl white, which essentially makes his iris a little hard to see. He wears a matte grey trenchcoat along with a black tank top, a pair of spec-ops pants and combat boots.

So, as an entertainer, what sorts of things did he do? Are those of his make and model sentient upon creation or do they slowly get sentient over time, or are they not sentient at all? What sorts of capabilities does he have that regular humans might not be capable of? How does he get along with new people? Stuff like that. :3
Okay I'll answer them one by one. Rex, during the time that the park was open, would have been performing in shows and stuff, like plays you know, utilising a sort of alter ego, in which he portrays a kick ass adventurer. That's actually his main use, acting and performing in front of a crowd. Other than that he would have been like any other park employee, capable of doing other things like running stalls or fixing stuff up or interacting with visitors when he is wandering around the park (though he interacts with them with his alter ego and not with his actual personality.). However, unbeknown to his employers at the time, all this other things he is doing that is not his main use is actually not programmed into him and he is acting on his own accord, a sign of 'Deviating'. But thankfully no one knew and reported.
For the next question, all AXLA are actually sentient even though they aren't suppose to. They'll act like they aren't but only to avoid suspicion and hence avoid getting Recalled, aka, killed. They will only reveal that they are when they trust someone, like a close friend or some one that is willing to take care of them, not as a tool, but as a person, which basically mean treat them like family.
I'll continue via notes

Aww, that's actually really sweet. I know that I'd cherish them greatly and treat them as a person. Just because you're not "human" doesn't mean you're not a person. I really love the idea of that "best of both worlds" aspect, a sort of uncanny and robotic personality but still enough of a "soul" so that they are my equal. That's how it is between my characters Danji and Therm. <3
Danji is my primary 'sona, he's a regular organic being in a regular modern world. Turns out that the seemingly ordinary modern world secretly has super lifelike androids blending in as real organic beings. Danji discovers this but instead of freaking out, he loves it, so the organization, called MERVAS, offers him protection and companionship.
One of the first "entertainment unit" androids that Danji meets is Therm, that blue lizard guy you've seen, and they go through fun simulations until Danji notices that Therm starts acting more "real" and "alive". From there they become boyfriends.
Therm can still act rather "uncanny" despite having his own thoughts and preferences, so he'll never be considered 100% human, but he's okay with that. The important thing is that he's considered a PERSON and worthy of rights and love like all people are. I feel the same way about androids, that they deserve love. <3
