Another one of my OCs, here. This guy is Taicyst, and he is one of a species known as a placient. This is an old pic, so the sword design isn’t up to date, but he does not use the sword just because it’s a sword. Swords aren’t suited for his kind, but the sword has powerful magic, which makes it very worth using.

Scaron, the demon from my previous post, is the reason for Taicyst’s significance. Taicyst was one of his many experimental subjects. Originally referred to as ‘the Contaicyst,’ Taicyst’s purpose was to mass produce a self-replicating toxin. (Essentially the effect of a virus. Viruses are rare in their universe, and all but 2 elusive species have the technology to modify a virus like that.)
