I pretty much created this guy in five minutes, the same way I made Eldritch. I decided that in his universe, or at least in my story (which will likely not be tied to Eldritch), I decided that because of the way the main character dies in the beginning. I wanted my villains, allies, and rivals to be different facets of the character's personality. Being that they are just shards of his conscious, they all seek out either other with the intent to absorb each other, and become whole again. Being that each Shard is incomplete, a few of them are missing body parts, like our good friend River here's eye.
There is still one more villain I would like a ref sheet for. If you wish to undertake a character with odd anatomy, please note me.
