These homes grow naturally from the Great Oak to accommodate new citizens and growing populations. No one is certain how these homes grow this way, or why, but they don't generally question it. As far as they know, it's always been this way. Much was lost after the fall of the hammer, and it fell into the realm of legend. Since that time, Oak VIllage has been home to many people, and it was eventually simply considered normal for the tree to grow this way. THere are those who hold it in spiritual regard, and worship the tree, considering it a divine presence.
