Riona's body holds a foldspace transformable armour that has three basic modes: Gun, Blade and Buster - one focusing on ranged combat, other very fast and manoeuvrable, third packing maximum damage and armour. And each of these modes can go into an additional Exceed mode, taking their power to absolute limit at the cost on enormous strain on Rio's body and great energy consumption. She can normally stay in Exceed mode for only four minute to avoid internal damage, and needs about 20 minutes of "cooldown" before she can activate it again. However, the power is increased so much she can destroy a whole platoon while it is active.
