To be honest, Derrick, I had the exact same kind of RL adrenaline rush back in the 1980s, when I got Chuck Jones' autograph (in my copy of Leonard Maltin's book on cartoon shorts, "Of Mice and Magic") at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC!
Thanks for presenting this pic of 'Bugs' and 'Dandy' on this (the 70th) anniversary of the first appearance of the Oscar-winning rabbit. I forgot to acknowledge this milestone in my own "FA" site. I'm glad you're around to fill that void...

I never got to meet Chuck Jones. Just one out of many failures in my life. I didn't even consider any anniversaries when i put this up. Just remembered that i had it.

I remember getting that book "Bugs Bunny: 50 years and only one Grey hair" like it was yesterday. How time flies when your on the road to nowhere.

You draw a good Bugs! I lurve him but I can't draw him on model.

DC needs to hire you to draw their Looney Tunes comics. You're more on-model and have better composition than most of the artists on those books (and I think some of them work for Warner Animation, too!).

The foot rubbing on foot stance is just so cute! I've noticed you do it before, but I think this is the first time I've seen it on Dandy :p

Bugs and Daffy and all the others of the Warner Brothers are my idols and inspiration as well! XDDD
