My brother adopted a rescue dog the first of September. he's 1/4 Carolina Dog -- normally a smooth-coated variety -- and 1/8 each Husky and Malamute. We live in chilly Eastern Connecticut, and lately the Huskymute part seems to be winning out over the Carolina. He's become quite plushy and cuddly.
Not that the dog minds that part at all!
