Well, what'll it be? Treat, eh? Good choice.
Looks like a couple of someones have decided to dress up for Halloween; Izumi's going as a Black Mage, whilst Borsy's going as ᴅᴇᴀᴛн (And not just any, one in particular). Borusa felt the the scythe was more than a little unweildy, so he's decided to carry a shortsword, instead. Costume-wise, the eyes were easy, just widen the focus on their eye beams; hiding their tails was a bit trickier, but a little bit of spatial warping eventually did the trick.
(And frankly, turning everything into an ashen wasteland, is just showing off)
