Electra has had so many punky goth phases that I'd be afraid whatever shoes she has available might be covered with dangerous amounts of spikes or straps.
Though Electra being Electra, and her snout being that shape, she might be able to fit her head in through the hole and wear it like the best kind of Mad Max helmet.
