With the looming date of
leviathan248s passing, I wasn't entirely sure how I was going to be going about it. A few days before the anniversary I was asked by a friend of Levi's to draw something before Christmas, but where it fell in my commission queue, it was appropriate to work on it over those two days. Esper has known Levi since 2000, which would easily be back in our Yerf surfing days, though I'm sad I never had a chance to get to know Esper until now. He wanted a memory, of Esper, Korevo and Feng together, but it would be in a picture frame.
Ellis left me alone to work on this and it was all I wanted to do between sleeping and eating. When I finished the initial image and it was time to work on the frame scene (I'll post the image in the frame at a later date) I sobbed the whole way through. I feel like a big baby and all, but theres a Levi sized hole in my life still and there is no way to fill it, and I know there are a few of us who all feel the same way.
I can't thank Esper enough for allowing me to do this. This meant the world over that someone was thinking of our fishie.

The short answer is it starts from this journal entry: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7975220/
He summed it up pretty well himself, but was discharged home and shortly after had another tear.

It’s a meaningful memento to definitely look back on in positive light of the good moments you were able to share with them. These types of pieces aren’t seem as much here but they hold oh so much symbolism and pure essence that humanity has to offer in the furry world. “Requiescet in pace” (Latin) to his soul in the other realm.
