I commissioned  lizardbeth as part of her fund-raising campaign (for her new 'puter), and asked her for "a Mirror's Edge style Rooth'ragon" [among other specifics, but basically, yeah, I said that *grin*].

And this is what she came up with. Pretty friggin' sweet. :) I like the little spots she added flanking his mane, I might have to keep that feature around. She also does Rooth's wings with that two-tone thing going on, which is pretty cool also. I like it when artists lend their signature style to my Rooth, and lizardbeth did just that here. Way to go, fellow scalie! :)

Lizardbeth's background got the flavor of hte game, but I slipped Rooth atop a different, more detailed fan-art Mirror's Edge city background for my personal desktop. If you ever spot me at AC, I'll usually have my laptop with me, and I'll show you. I'd post it here, but I need to get permission from the bg artist first. Plus I may work on blending the styles a little better, which would involve tweaking one or the other of the pieces (or both), and that just makes it even harder to post considerately.
