[PCA] [quasiPCA] Seeds of Life {Exposition}
This is my opening page of the work I plan to undertake. First chapter will exist shortly if everything goes right.
(I hope this acts as a proper teaser).
FULL TEXT:

The events portrayed in this manuscript are not deemed canonical. They could happen as easily as they could be impossible. In a world ruled as such, there are some that wish that this information either exist as an urban legend, or, if possible, not exist at all. For convenience, we will call this collection a “story”.
Some language used in this story must be clarified. The term “Ancient(s)” or “The Ancients” refers to the legendary breed(s) of Pokemon. This term covers every terrestrial and inter-dimensional species (note that the Deoxys Factor may be omitted in some theories), including the legendary Arceus. Arceus, deemed creator of the Universe [in accepted paradigms], is given the title of “First” Ancient.
The use of the term “Arcei” (pronounced AR-KAY-Ī) is something of debate among members of majority and minority communities. It's meaning, “Children of Arceus”, is readily acceptable. It's application as a placeholder for all things created with the intervention of Arceus. In acceptable terms, he/she created the spacial Dragons and the three lake-dwelling sprites with his own will, while constructing the Universe with his Thousand Arms, where Pokemon and a vastness of unknown worlds eventually evolved.
But as a device of those with a different mode of thinking, the word encompasses only the entirety of Pokemon, from Ancients to lower species. It treats Arceus as the Creator, but on a different level that will be explained in the body of this story. This treatment of the Arceus theory has created a sub-paradigm of individuals that have dedicated themselves to what they conceive to be the truth. Whether this truth be reality or only a metaphoric fantasy for the strong-minded, it was enough to incite mass persecutions of those believing in it's dogma. These subtle pogroms lasted through the middle era of feudal and medieval eras of many nations, and were thorough in their initiative. Many of the incriminated were defeated and crushed by accusations of other crimes (most were included in the mass hysterics of witchcraft, crusades, and war). As of the dawn of the century prior, all traces of these philosophies were eliminated and ultimately forgotten.
But this mass amnesia of the philosophy, known in classified files of world officials as “The Seeds of Life” theory, does not apply to all worldly circles. For three millennia, this theory has continued to survive, and now operates in absolute clandestine forms. Its members make up a variety of social circles and organizations, including students, company CEO's, government executives, and scientific intellectuals alike. Though no member communicates with more than three individual members in an average lifespan (and even then, never makes contact again), there is a theory spreading among the conservative (persecuting) world leaders that group of 15 high-ranking members exist.
For what reason, they cannot decipher. But this new development has created enough furor in the ruling classes to restart the purges.
Recently, select Pokemon have been indicted with specific (most likely forged) crimes and incarcerated, only to disappear from society and record. The rate of these disappearances has been minimal, and therefore has created little public interest as mere unrelated cases.
In an almost coincidental development, thefts of ancient relics and antiquities from private collections and museums in the Kanto regions has created a sense of unease among the theologians and conservative figures. These new pogroms and mass heists have seemingly started simultaneously. Is one truly in retaliation of another?
Or can they be connected to the recent public disclosure of a thirty-year-old expedition to far eastern Siberia? An expedition that has unearthed a blessing and a curse onto the Children of Arcei.
(I hope this acts as a proper teaser).
