It's a horror manga created by junji ito he's known for drawing horror stories like tomie uzamunki and gyo. ImbutAnEgg mention about s story where fish beasts like that shark thing right here comes to the land and takes over it. If you have time I recommend reading ito's manga stories he's a very talented artist my favorite story from him is bully.

Really cool. also if you want another horror manga may I suggest a blood of trail. The only downside of this manga is that it's a monthly run. But the story grabs your attention that you are simply begging to come to it early.
