Very nice photo.
How good of a fit is the new ferret for large adult-sized hands? My original light-colored ferret fits perfectly. When I bought the next version (the one in the middle), the fit was very tight, as I was almost unable to get my adult hand into him. I'm hoping the ones they are selling now are back to the larger fit. All of them are so cute. Your oldest ferret still looks like he's brand new, even though they haven't been sold for something like eleven or twelve years. :)

Thanks
Unfortunately the new one is the tightest of all, even for my rather small hands it's difficult to play (therefore named him "Slinky" ), it also has a second opening for the "backside".
I also thing the light-coloured is best for acting.
But I'm still missing the oldest ferret from Folkmanis (the grey one), never seen one of them around.
Yep, the oldest one is in a really good condition. I got two of them from ebay almost unused some time ago and I'm taking good care of them.
I'm really fond of all of them

Darn. Their newer kangaroo is way to tight for an adult to use as well. Sometimes I wonder if they are purposely trying to keep adults from using their puppets! I used to be on one of the Folkmanis groups where they participated, so I know that they are aware that furries and other adults actually use their puppets. I guess they see that part of their market as being unimportant. The way it is now, teachers can't even perform puppet shows for kids - unless they happen to have very petite hands. They are so cute that I will probably still buy one, even if I can't actually operate it. Knowing it will probably be small greatly influences how much I will be willing to spend though.
I never saw the gray ferret before, nor realized they made one. I bought my light-colored ferret in January of 1996, and only ever saw two on eBay since then, and someone outbid me on both. I don't search as often as I should though.
