Bio:Techno Mage is a furson with an innate superhuman talent for invention. An intuitive genius, inventing is as natural as breathing for him. Bill was born into a very poor family, his father was an alcoholic carpenter who died in a drunken car crash. He managed to take care of his mother by using his inventive talent to repair household items and do carpenter work. Due to working so hard and so often his school grades suffered and he was only able to get into community college later in life. Bill later created a computer program that caught the attention of a major company and sold it for a large amount of money. He continued with his inventions working as an engineer for various companies but always leaving due to personal problems. He eventually began his own consulting firm and found a small measure of success. It was in this job that he met the Head of the Bureau of Superheroes, Morningstar, who recignized his enourmas talent and recuited him for the Bureau. Bill or Techno Mage was used as a technological expert and set up numerous BOS bases, until he was nominated to take over the brand new BOS base at Grant City. After the Star knight scandal he opted to retire from heroics and concentrate on his family, he now resides in Orlando, Florida.
Personality: Arrogant and high handed, but he wears it well because he is usually right.
