So this is the official post for my fund raising that I will be doing from now until I have the money raised! (I totally accidentally deleted the original, oops!)
Most of it is explained here in the journal I posted earlier this past week.
But the basic version of it is that I am having a surgery next year that will require me to take an amount off of work where I'm not sure I'll have my rent and bills covered. The other bit is that our couch that we've had for 3, almost 4, years - which was second hand when we got it - will be to uncomfortable and sore for me to sit / lounge on after my surgery. We are hoping to buy a recliner lounge suite to replace it beforehand to make my recovery much comfier and easier for me to get up and down.
As stated on the picture:

UPDATE:
We bought a secondhand near new recliner suite on the 6th of November! So now just saving for the surgery expense of $2,900AUD!
