Someone needs to teach superhero(ine)s not to be such lightweights in a pier sixer. Carc teaches that to his team in C&S (Whiteout takes a page from Carc's book in a climatic final battle).

Arrowhead is tough. But Thug shows surprising quickness.

I have an upcoming scene in C&S where one of 'Slide's arch-enemies, Locomotive Breath crashes 'Slide's junkyard. 'Slide and Loco are evenly matched and Carc would have difficulty unless he used lethal force, but Carc doesn't have his killing gear on him. However, he does incapacitate Loco by utilizing the electro-magnet 'Slide has in the yard.

Yeah, the big gnarly electromagnet on a crane. Imagine what that'd do to all the electronics in Loco's system. If it ran on A/C it'd probably kill him temporarily. The D/C is JUST enough to REALLY mess with him.
Sierra could take Thug. Arrowhead is strong and tough, but Sierra's got a lot of experience and is dedicated to training DAILY. She might not have any real super powers (A few little things, but nothing that realy comes in handy in a fight) but she knows how to handle the big and strong. Look at her favorite sparring partner...

But Thug is a dirty brawler. He fights dirty and unfair.

Plus he is literally repugnant, ugly, and full of body odor. His hygiene is really poor and he's proud of that.

Yeah, that's what Sierra has to be prepared for. She's more than a boxer, that's just how she makes the money. She has to be ready for someone like Locomotive Breath to come at her from anywhere at any time. Loco might not be quite as big or strong (or repugnant) as Thug, but he's just as tough. Loco is about 8 feet tall and capable of hoisting a good 6 tons over his head. All cybernetic, naturally, he started out as a junkie. Get a cybernetic prosthetic here and make it bigger and better until he was a living locomotive.
Sierra wouldn't fight someone like Grunge if she could help it, she's at a decided physical disadvantage. She usually throws Landslide at Loco even though Loco is still stronger.
Sierra just has experience over Arrowhead, though Arrowhead has more strength and power. It's just down to time spent at the gym and studying possible opponents inside and outside the ring. The stench would suck and be a distraction, but being a bit of a gearhead strong odors she can handle. (Most of the synthetic oils reek. Best description I can give is BADLY rotten eggs and diesel fuel mixed together. I almost lost all my hair because of that crap)
I know some people proud of their phobia of showers...
