While during the festive season, times grow lighter and one’s desire to make others happy grows. As is the case here, where little Toto had asked his mate Ray if he could make cookies with a special cookie doiugh the two had obtained that would allow for them both to make cutouts before baking into soft cookies when cooked over a hot fire.

Ray being the loving mon he was for the smaller cubone set to work. The only true oven they had at home was one under a gazebo behind their house, so he had cleared the snow away but even then worked through the cold to set up a few lights, of which he found could be powered by his own electricity, since the pair didn’t have their own external power source. Sure enough, the work paid off as Toto loved the decorations~ it brought warmth to the area alongside the fire and Ray’s own embrace as the cookies were shaped and then left cooking as they embraced as mates do~

When done they came out.. mostly as intended~ but from the look on Toto’s face, perhaps to him they still resemble the shapes of the festive pokemon he had intended them to be, like Delibird, Sceptile, and a few others. He would soon eat his own creations though, so as long as he was happy, he would forever remain that way, and that’s all that matters, especially during this cold time, especially for the cubone.

The two would continue to rest by the fire and look out toward the snowy outside, next to the warmth of the fire and each other’s embrace~

This is a beautiful Christmas piece, created by  dreamtrove, and I really really like the art style ^^ It does hold vibrant colors and for the Christmas season, I think it is very fitting for it.

I do greatly enjoy this piece, and as well there is one other piece that I will have to Post that is also Christmas themed~ Some may have seen it from around 2 years ago, and I can not believe I hadn’t posted it yet, but I decided to wait till Christmas Day to post it~ and I will think of it as a sort of follow up to this picture~ <3 just wait and see, And of course, I wish you all a very happy holidays and a very merry Christmas~!
