Cog dresses up as a P-balloon from Mario, inflating her cute little body to 'fill' the part properly.
Rabid came up with the idea that she was filled with helium and -just- enough candy so she could touch the ground...a bit :)
...and before you ask, yes, if you popped Cog, you'd start to inflate, probably quite a lot, judging by her size.
