This is something me and Tsu had been putting together for a while. It's a very light weight tabletop pen and paper rpg set in the Mobius universe. it has never been played outside of our core group so I'm kinda looking for people who would be interested in making characters and trying this out maybe over skype or IRC or some other IM working.
Note there is no artwork sadly since this is a rough draft of the game much was left out since we had just put our design notes together in a semi organized manner. It seems pretty balanced and simple but we'll see how it plays out.
We're looking for feedback either in your gaming groups or just from reading. Also note this is a variation of the Toon system that we made to function in a bit more of a serious system.

Update: If your interested in play testing this make a character (to the best of your knowledge of the rules). Send a copy to me either by note or email with your character. I'm also looking to implement voice chat to simulate being around a table so if you have that capability list it in the note. I'm looking for about 5 people at the moment possibly to be available on the weekends. This should be for people who are serious about the game only please :)

Took me a little while to wrap my head around some of the concepts but I like the simplicity of it all once I understood it better.
Of course, playtesting is the only way to really understand it better and I'd be happy to join in - I used to play DnD regularly until I left the group due to some people spoiling it as a whole. The latest RPG trend is Google Wave (http://www.boingboing.net/2009/10/28/google-wave-as-an-rp.html)
