It sounds neat, but I have to agree, the volume is a bit loud, the peaks are to high.
If you were to tone to volume down a bit, or at least soften the peaks, it's got a neat beat to it.
Right around the 2:25ish - 2:30ish mark it seems just a touch repetitive. Maybe add or subtract a single note or clip from that section at some point to break it up?
Its got some clear potential though as general hard / fast beats go. I like, over all.
