Know what a blep is? It's that thing where you stick your tongue out. Reptiles are very well known for doing it, but so can other creatures! (particularly canines)
viperhalfdragon mentioned the concept of a "blepipen" on Discord one evening. The idea is that it's something like an Epipen, but it makes the user blep instead. I weaponized it! So now we've got blepipen darts!
