here's a snapshot of Fenrir/Fenris at Schmidt's cookout, everyone is enjoying themselves after years of dealing with violent rogue dog soldiers and living in hiding from AWOL generals and mad scientists trying to hunt them and their families down
poor Fenris has been through a lot himself, having a chance to be rehabilitated after being tortured and brainwashed from the now infamous dog soldier project, even after his previous dangerous feral self was wiped from existence when he was captured, he still harbors guilt over the actions of his past self that haven't been settled yet, but for now he's wrestling with the fact that they found a wolf child they believe to be his son
he wouldn't want to wish his condition on anyone, but now it looks like he'll have to do the best he can to raise him cause throughout the cookout, that's all he can really think about
but yeah, just working on a bunch of story stuff with my friends, all involving my old dog soldier characters

well it's a long story, back when Sirius was part of the program his first mission was to apprehend the original batch but lucked out and captured Fenrir, thou unbeknownst to him he ended up being tortured and mind wiped to the point that Fenrir as he knew him ceased to be and became a reserved, submissive omega of his pack
Sirius realizing what had happened to him gave him immense guilt and became more attached to him, and at the same time more weary of the government in charge of the project, eventually they both escaped along with other dog soldiers and fought off the evil generals and scientists that have turned themselves into a blood-thirsty rouge pack,
after years of fighting and struggle, they ended up discovering a left over remnants of the project, a young wolfman pup that somehow is biologically related to Fenrir, they adopted and called him Connor and planned to start a family together until the investigations began and Fenris is now forced to stand trial for the crimes he committed as Fenrir

Oh my... I can't wait to see more of Sirius, and the other dog soldiers. It looks like things will be rough, but I hope they turn out for the best! Honestly, I thought Fenrir was a real jerk when he was that "shred you during sex" sort, but after all he's suffered, he deserves a chance at true happiness! Thank you for this lovely story tidbit!
