Reference to Maple's dragon form, which also got plumped up along with her humanoid form. Biggest change in design from my old comic is her wings; drawing dragon wings was always a massive pain because of how big and cumbersome they were in addition to covering up so much of the page.
Then I remembered that I'm drawing a comic book that isn't real, so I decided to make her wings a lot smaller while still allowing her to fly like normal.
Also, I think she looks much cuter with tiny wings.
