Mystra was out for a lovely little wading jog through a river, enjoying the cold water against her fur on a particularly hot day she "visited" this particular world, and she just so happened to stumble upon the perfect little thing to rest against for a little break, quite ignoring the honking horns or otherwise poor reaction from the structure itself as she leaned on it. All those zapped tinies, broken cars and millions in structural damage aren't her fault right~?
