Since I was getting pics from Kitsunewaffles-chan's $30 tier anyway I thought I'd try to get ones I want, in this case I just got a pic with a chubby Sierra that was somewhat ambiguous on whether she was her normal dickgirl self or female, since I do sometimes play her that way.
This one cost $30 since it was a patreon reward. Technically since I got other rewards too, sort of, you could say it cost a bit less but it's hard to value so let's just say $30.
