-payment-
* I accept payment only through PayPal (although payment through a bank transfer is possible for polish customers) and all payments must be made in either USD or PLN, I do not accept DeviantArt points sorry.
* At least half of the payment must be made before I start working on your commission, I won't send the finished work until it's paid in full.
* Commisions are non-refundable 48h after I receive the payment.
-commissioning process-
* I won't work with written character descriptions for commissions other than custom designs so if you want to commission me you need to provide a clean reference sheet, preferably digital, not traditional.
Lime Green Dot Bullet - F2U! when messaging me about a commission please include the following in your message: commission type, character reference(s) and any additional info for example about the pose/expression or background. I prefer to not do artistic liberty commissions and may charge extra for them.
* After you accept the sketch I won't make any changes to the pose, clothes or design of your character other than color.
* Commisions take me 2-4 weeks to complete after I start working on them, asking about the progress and wips is perfectly fine but please do not rush me. You can follow the progress made on your commission through my Trello.
* I won't work with deadlines.
-using and editing commissioned art-
* You cannot use my art commercially, that includes making and selling prints, shirts and other types of merchandise.
* Personal use like icons, banners etc is perfectly okay but full credit is required, that means you have to either @ me on the site you're posting it on or include a link to one of my social media accounts (listed above).
* Adding text, filters, cropping the art you commissioned is also allowed, but you cannot edit the artwork
itself.
* Every piece of commissioned art may be posted publicly and used as an example of my work online. Private commissions are possible but please inform me about it in your initial message.

By commissioning me you agree that you've read and accepted my Terms of Service. Any violation of these terms will result
in being permanently blocked and any commissions in progress will be abandoned without a refund.
