To her horror, the ridiculous sissy outfit that D.Va just unboxed from the loot crate is rigged to automatically equip itself to her in just a few moments. And once she's sealed inside, she won't be able to un-equip it until she's fulfilled some sort of "trial period" in the fine print. Before being allowed to escape her new sissy costume, she'll need to meet one of two exit conditions:
Option one, she could complete an entire public match while wearing her new outfit. This way, she'll be able to show off her cute new look to her entire team, and show them first-hand the potential perks of the loot box system, while also introducing herself to the new movement mechanic (or lack thereof).
Mercifully, her other option is to just wait until she's completely filled her new diaper, and the outfit will be removed for her. But with such massive padding, it could easily take her months until she's managed to fully saturate it. And after her first week of sitting around in a giant stinky diaper, that public match will really start to look appealing as an alternative.
Once she gets free one way or another, that outfit's staying in her inventory as a permanent reminder of the experience, in case she ever decides in hindsight that she had fun and wants to try it again. And of course, the same conditions of removal will apply the next time she decides to put it on...
