Kirk is naturally a kind person, but with the years he has grown to be a bit resentful towards those who wish to hurt others, earning Kirk's ire.

Despite having temper issues, he isn't agressive unless pushed too far. He doesn't try to act tough either, and it is quite easy to approach him if your intentions are friendly.
He can be quite oblivious to flirting, but once he manages to catch what's going on, he'll fluster easily. Deep inside, he just wants to be loved too.
