When I began to send these 'pluggerism' comics to Gary Brookins by post card (back in September), I had learned shortly thereafter that the U.S. Government was planning on shutting down the Post Office that received "Plugger Mail"; so, I had to E-mail all my art to Mr. Brookins. According to the Monday, November 2, 2009 edition of "Pluggers", the USPS branch WILL remain open to receive "Plugger Mail", after all! So, if any of you wish to submit your 'pluggerisms' the 'old school' way - by postcard or letter (with or without artwork) - send them to "Pluggers", P.O. Box 29347, Henrico, VA 23242. Those of you who prefer E-mailing can still send your 'pluggerisms' to pluggermail[at]aol.com
