Introducing Raimundo (Ray) Valentino, the first character we will see in Chapter 2 as well as the one who has been tailing Malik and Victor from the beginning. His power is line-of-sight/mobility - a light-based teleportation ability similar to that used by the "Jumpers" or "Brain Squid", utilized in telepads.
