You always need to be careful with wishes in case of unintended consequences and though Shenron is a benevolent dragon there is the need to make sure you word the wish exactly to get the intended results, though it looks like Brandon got exactly the powers he wanted and if he's strong enough to use them to such effectiveness on someone as powerful as Shenron then quite possibly no-one will be safe. Though it could very well be the first time Shenron ever got tickled which could make it all the more intense for him so that could make it even more unbearable for him.
I imagine Brandon would show mercy to Shenron eventually and maybe he'll invite the dragon along when he decides to use his new powers on a certain God of Destruction whom Shenron happens to be terrified of.

Oh my! I can't believe that you have done a tickle pic featuring Shenron! I have to say that it's so rare to see foot and tickle featuring this good looking dragon. And man, you have done a great work with the restraining on his body and feet. Also, your drawing style is really good on Shenron. Well done pic, my friend. ^^
I have to confess that it would be great to see to see a tickle or foot artwork of Polunga done by you. I know, he has not feet, but that doesn't mean that you can't make your version of them ^^
