As Zahra's business picked up again it became harder to keep track of things on her own so in order to keep track of finances and paperwork she hired Zuri as a new accountant and secretary. Zuri took to the job with such dedication she had the finances and archives wrangled within record time and going above and beyond her formal duties to become more of a personal assistant/butler to Zahra.

Zuri is quite feisty despite (or perhaps because of) having been raised and trained by the finest of Birtish nannies who helped mold her and made her able to channel her energy into her work. Though she would probably play as hard as she works if she wanted to, she has thus far kept her relationship with Zahra strictly business despite a little flirt and a tease here and there, and it was actually her idea that Zahra should start a pride though it surprised her that she found herself being asked the first one to join despite there not being a physical relationship between them to this day.
