Nadira is a more senior employee at the vinyards, of the ones that remain, already working there while Zahra's grandfather was still running the business and she was also there after his passing, keeping much of the staff together during those rough times near bankruptcy untill Zahra took over and slowly got the business back into the black. While she is only a cook she could be considered an essential part of the business, keeping morale up and generally having been like a mother to all and particularly to Zahra when she was working herself ragged to keep the business from going under. This closeness is what prompted Zahra to invite Nadira into the pride, where she still acts as a sort of den mother, though from time to time there is a bit of friction and good natured teasing between her and Zuri when it comes to dinner plans.

Nadira loves to cook the best food possible and delights in how a good and tasty meal can lift a person's spirits, as such she is always studying new dishes and techniques so she can provide everyone with their favorite dish or comfort food whenever she senses they need a pick-me-up. She has always been quite the motherly type to all, but especially to Zahra, just being there to listen or offer a cuddle to those in need of it and as such she considers every employee as her family.

She loves to dance having a particular fondness of middle eastern and asian dance styles, but she does try to brave the more modern dance styles as well on occasion and a few have already regretted chalanging her to a dance game like DDR as she is quite more energetic and skilled than she looks. Nadira also loves to swim as a form of exercise besides dancing, but mostly to relax. She often secretly goes skinny dipping at night in the small lake on the property, or perhaps not so secretly as she occasionally feels some wanderign eyes on her but she finds it somewhat flattering and it helps her feeling more positive about her body despite the many past attempts at weight loss she had since given up on.
